When I became pregnant with my second child, I was carrying the weight of my first birth, which hadn’t gone to plan. I had wished for a peaceful home birth, but instead I had a long, hard and chaotic birth in hospital. The "what ifs" were loud, and my confidence was low. But within just a couple of preparation sessions with Evony, I started to see a real shift in how I felt. We talked, we processed, and she held space for my fears until they started to feel smaller. Slowly, that doubt transformed into a deep, quiet sense of empowerment. She didn't just give me information; she help me get back my belief in my own body.
